About the role
We are seeking a Web Developer to design and launch fast, beautiful, conversion‑focused websites for a diverse portfolio of clients. The position is based in Amman and operates on a hybrid schedule, allowing a blend of on‑site collaboration and remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Develop responsive websites and dedicated landing pages that meet client objectives.
- Collaborate closely with designers to deliver pixel‑perfect, high‑performance user interfaces.
- Integrate analytics platforms, content management systems and marketing tools to enhance site functionality.
- Optimize performance for Core Web Vitals, SEO, accessibility, and cross‑browser compatibility.
- Maintain clean, version‑controlled codebases and follow best‑practice development workflows.
Required profile
- At least 3 years of hands‑on experience building production‑grade websites.
- Strong understanding of performance optimisation, accessibility standards, and modern web development practices.
- Experience with headless CMS solutions is a plus.
