Web Developer – Build Modern Responsive Websites

About the role

We are seeking a Web Developer to design and launch fast, beautiful, conversion‑focused websites for a diverse portfolio of clients. The position is based in Amman and operates on a hybrid schedule, allowing a blend of on‑site collaboration and remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Develop responsive websites and dedicated landing pages that meet client objectives.
• Collaborate closely with designers to deliver pixel‑perfect, high‑performance user interfaces.
• Integrate analytics platforms, content management systems and marketing tools to enhance site functionality.
• Optimize performance for Core Web Vitals, SEO, accessibility, and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Maintain clean, version‑controlled codebases and follow best‑practice development workflows.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience building production‑grade websites.
• Strong understanding of performance optimisation, accessibility standards, and modern web development practices.
• Experience with headless CMS solutions is a plus.
