职位概况
在安曼万豪酒店担任助理首席工程师，负责酒店设施的维护、预防性保养及安全管理，协助部门负责人管理预算和资本支出。
主要职责
- 监督维修工单分发与完成，确保质量和时效。
- 规划并执行预防性维护计划，管理机械、制冷、暖通空调、管道等系统。
- 在工程总监缺勤时代理其职责，处理紧急维修和7*24应急响应。
- 协调供应商采购设备、用品及家具，监督装修和维修项目。
任职要求
- 高中学历并具4年工程维护经验，或相关专业两年制学位并具2年经验。
- 接受过暖通空调、冷冻、电气、管道技术培训。
- 具备预算管理、团队协作及客户服务意识。
必备技能
- 暖通空调系统维护
- 冷冻技术
- 电气与管道技术
- 机械设备及制冷系统维护
- 水处理与防火安全系统
- 发电机与消防泵操作
