职位概况
负责阿曼万豪酒店设施的日常维护与管理，协助部门负责人统筹预算、资本支出及预防性维护，确保安全、安保及资产保护。
主要职责
- 分配、跟踪并监督维修工单的执行进度和质量。
- 制定并评估预防性维护计划，监督机械、暖通空调、管道、电气及防火系统。
- 在工程总监缺席时代理其职责，确保部门日常运作顺畅。
- 提供7×24应急响应，操作发电机和消防泵，安排设备维修与更换。
任职要求
- 高中学历并具4年工程维护经验，或大专以上并具2年相关经验。
- 接受过暖通空调、冷冻、电气、管道技术培训。
- 具备良好沟通与团队协作能力，能够培训员工并推动客户满意度。
必备技能
- 暖通空调（HVAC）系统维护
- 冷冻设备操作
- 电气系统维修
- 管道与水处理
- 发电机与消防泵使用
