Account Executive (Wholesale Squad)

About the role

As an Account Executive in the Wholesale Squad at Infobip, you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and drive sustainable revenue growth. You will work closely with customers to understand their business challenges and position Infobip’s cloud communication solutions as long‑term value drivers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify, qualify, and progress new business opportunities using diverse prospecting techniques.
• Conduct in‑depth needs analysis and map customer challenges to Infobip’s product portfolio.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demos.
• Own the full sales cycle, including contract negotiations and deal closure.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and opportunity data in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a comparable sales role, preferably within SaaS or telecommunications.
• Strong commercial acumen and value‑based selling expertise.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of successful contract negotiations.
• Critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities in complex sales environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and drive alignment toward shared goals.
