Account Manager (External Consultant)

About the role

The Account Manager will serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for clients, supporting the Creative CS Team Lead and ensuring seamless end‑to‑end project delivery. This is a project‑based external consultancy position focused on maintaining strong client relationships and high‑quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main client liaison, building long‑term relationships and managing expectations.
• Coordinate tasks from briefing through execution, developing timelines and delivery schedules.
• Update project trackers daily and work closely with internal creative, content, production, and communications teams.
• Review deliverables for accuracy, brand alignment, and completeness before client submission.
• Present agency recommendations and creative work to clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in client servicing or account management, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and competing priorities.
