Account Manager – Hospitality & Food & Beverage

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager to lead relationships with hospitality and food‑and‑beverage brands. You will work closely with clients to design and execute marketing campaigns that enhance customer experiences across restaurants, cafés, hotels and lifestyle venues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with hospitality and F&B clients.
• Plan and execute campaigns on social media, digital advertising, influencer marketing and events.
• Coordinate food photography, venue shoots and overall content production.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful marketing initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support new‑business development.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, hospitality, account management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of hospitality brands, customer experience and seasonal marketing activities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Familiarity with Jordan’s hospitality, restaurant and café industry is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite.
