Accountant – Finance Team (Amman, Jordan)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant to join Experia Healthcare Systems’ finance team in Amman. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, managing the full‑cycle accounting process and ensuring compliance with Jordanian regulations to support our growing healthcare operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and periodic reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, monitor cash flow and perform bank reconciliations.
• Follow up on collections, reconcile bank guarantees and coordinate release processes.
• Process sales invoices, ensuring delivery and adherence to internal procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and tax requirements.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and provide audit support.
• Handle payroll and related financial transactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years proven accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Experience in the medical or healthcare sector is a plus.
• Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are advantageous.
