Accountant – Full‑time, Amman

About the role
We are looking for a full‑time Accountant to join our Amman office. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions and supporting the finance team in a fast‑growing industrial equipment company.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile accounts and maintain the general ledger.
- Process supplier and customer invoices, manage payroll and monitor budget allocations.
- Ensure compliance with Jordanian financial regulations and tax requirements.
- Generate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for management review.
- Assist internal and external auditors and support audit preparation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus.
- Experience in the industrial or supply‑chain sector is advantageous.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Required skills
- Proficiency with accounting software.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience using ERP systems.
