Accountant – Full‑time, Amman

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Accountant to join our Amman office. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions and supporting the finance team in a fast‑growing industrial equipment company.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile accounts and maintain the general ledger.
• Process supplier and customer invoices, manage payroll and monitor budget allocations.
• Ensure compliance with Jordanian financial regulations and tax requirements.
• Generate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for management review.
• Assist internal and external auditors and support audit preparation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus.
• Experience in the industrial or supply‑chain sector is advantageous.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience using ERP systems.
