Accounts Receivable & Billing Associate

About the role

Kitchen Park is looking for an Accounts Receivable & Billing Associate to support its fast‑growing network of smart kitchens across the Middle East. You will manage day‑to‑day billing cycles, generate accurate invoices and ensure proper revenue recognition for a variety of contract types.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily, weekly and monthly billing cycles for multiple markets.
• Generate and issue customer invoices according to contracts and billing schedules.
• Maintain accounting ledgers for revenue, accounts receivable, deferred revenue and customer deposits.
• Prepare and store supporting documentation on a monthly basis.
• Assist with month‑end closing and audit support activities.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of all billing and AR tasks.
• Leverage digital/AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Escalate discrepancies or complex accounting issues to senior team members.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in finance, billing, accounts receivable or accounting operations.
• Finance‑related degree (accounting, finance, economics).
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition concepts.
• Deep knowledge of VAT applications in GCC countries.
• High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday preferred).
• Fluency in English.
