About the role
The Admin and Logistics Officer will report to the Operations Lead and provide responsive, adaptive, and flexible administrative and logistical support to the Multi‑Country Cluster (MCC) team at Christian Aid. The role ensures that staff and partners have the resources they need to deliver impact and eradicate poverty.
Key responsibilities
- Provide effective administrative and logistical support to the MCC team, including event organisation and coordination.
- Carry out procurement activities in line with Christian Aid’s policies and procedures.
- Act as the focal point for engagement with ministries and government entities as required.
- Maintain asset registers and inventory records, ensuring accurate tracking and periodic verification.
- Support the launch and implementation of emergency appeals, organising meetings, alerts and information circulation.
Required profile
- Experience in administrative and logistical support within an NGO or similar environment.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and asset management.
- Ability to coordinate with ministries, government bodies and external partners.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
