AI Data Associate – Arabic (Generative AI)

About the role

Amazon is expanding its generative AI capabilities and needs meticulous data associates to label and evaluate multimodal content. This role focuses on Arabic language data across text, speech, audio, image, and video, ensuring high‑quality inputs for large language models.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to Amazon’s privacy policies.
• Label and evaluate diverse data types (text, speech, audio, image, video) using internal tools and guidelines.
• Deliver high‑quality annotated data that meets defined KPIs.
• Analyze root causes of labeling errors, identify patterns, and propose improvements.
• Support daily operational tasks for multiple labeling projects and provide floor assistance for internal queries.
• Identify and suggest changes to SOPs and tools to unblock operations.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree or higher.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic.
• Strong business writing skills for reports and professional correspondence.
• Advanced reading comprehension and ability to analyze complex documents.
• Analytical thinking, structured problem‑solving, and ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Proficient research skills for gathering and synthesising information.
