Analyst / Senior Analyst / Associate Manager – Bangkok (Relocation)

About the role

Agoda’s Performance Marketing Team is looking for analytical talent to join a data‑driven environment in Bangkok. You will work on experiments, predictive models and performance dashboards that shape the company’s marketing strategy worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run experiments to optimise ad campaigns across platforms such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and others.
• Analyse large data sets from experiments and build predictive models to assess the impact of TV campaigns, pricing changes and demand elasticity.
• Develop and maintain dashboards that track key performance indicators and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare and deliver presentations that communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• 0‑4 years of experience in data analysis, consulting, investment banking, private equity or a strategy role at a fast‑growing tech company.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, SAS, R, SPSS, Python and VBA.
