Application Support Engineer (.NET & Angular)

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer with strong .NET and Angular expertise to join our team in Amman. The role involves delivering high‑quality support for our software applications, ensuring smooth operation and rapid issue resolution for both voice and non‑voice channels.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line support for applications built on .NET and Angular.
- Diagnose and resolve database‑related issues.
- Assist with integration problems between systems.
- Handle both voice and non‑voice support requests from end users.
- Participate in a 24/7 rotating shift schedule to ensure continuous service availability.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts covering voice and non‑voice channels.
