About the role
We are seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to join our outbound sales team. In this strategic role you will prospect targeted leads, qualify them, and schedule meetings for our account executives, playing a key part in the sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and research potential prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels.
- Set up meetings or demos between qualified prospects and account executives.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline activity in the CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimise lead‑generation campaigns.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly activity, pipeline and meeting targets.
- Provide feedback from prospects to improve messaging and the sales process.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- High energy, self‑motivated and goal‑oriented.
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and handling objections.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot.
- Experience with sales engagement platforms.
