Jordan Christian Preparatory in Auburndale, FL is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Basketball Coach to support its Boys High School and National teams. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in coaching, operations, and video analysis while providing room and board as part of the compensation package.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise athlete housing and ensure a safe living environment.
• Film practices and games, then break down video using software tools.
• Provide on‑court instruction and individual skill development.
• Collect and analyze game statistics.
• Assist head coaches with practice planning and game execution.
• Manage equipment, transportation, and daily basketball operations.
• Potentially serve as a strength coach for qualified candidates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in college or high‑school athletics.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and maintain a flexible schedule.
• Passion for coaching and developing student‑athletes.

Required skills

• Experience with video breakdown software such as Hudl or Krossover.
