About the role
The Assistant Club Lounge Manager supports the Club Lounge team in delivering premium service to guests at The Ritz-Carlton Amman. This full‑time position ensures smooth daily operations, maintains high standards of appearance and safety, and acts as a key point of contact for both staff and guests.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise staff to ensure teamwork, optimal service, and guest satisfaction.
- Inspect grooming, attire, and overall presentation of team members, correcting any deficiencies.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and securing the area.
- Maintain organized storage areas using FIFO principles and conduct regular inventories.
- Monitor dining room seating, service flow, safety, and guest well‑being.
- Complete work orders for maintenance and coordinate repairs.
- Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and employee coaching.
- Enforce company safety, security, and uniform policies, reporting incidents as required.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant hospitality experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Ability to work extended periods standing, walking, or sitting.
- Physical capability to lift and move objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
