About the role

The Assistant Spa Manager supports the Spa Manager in delivering a seamless daily operation for the spa, ensuring guests enjoy a high‑quality experience and staff work in a positive environment.

Key responsibilities

Assist the Spa Manager with overall spa operations and daily coordination.
Guarantee guest satisfaction throughout their spa visits.
Maintain a supportive and motivating work atmosphere for spa team members.
Oversee accounting processes, inventory control, retail sales, and special promotions.
Respond promptly to guest feedback and address any concerns.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in business or hospitality management.
1–2 years of experience as a Spa Supervisor.
Strong knowledge of spa therapy and spa reporting.
Fluent reading, writing, and speaking in English.
Demonstrated leadership and customer‑service abilities.
Well‑organized and detail‑oriented.
