Associate Manager – Marketing Strategy (Bangkok, relocation)

About the role

Agoda’s Performance Marketing team is looking for an Associate Manager to lead data‑driven marketing strategy in its Bangkok office. You will work with a global mix of analysts, strategists and data scientists to design, test and scale campaigns that increase customer lifetime value across search, display and emerging channels.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with text ads, bidding strategies and campaign structures on search platforms such as Google, Bing, Baidu and Naver, adapting quickly to new product features.
• Test, analyse and optimise display campaigns on social networks including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, driving measurable performance improvements.
• Analyse large experimental datasets, develop optimisation models, and build dashboards that empower account managers to make data‑informed decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (computer science, mathematics, engineering, or science) from a top university.
• 4+ years of experience in top‑tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy/operations within a fast‑growing technology company.
• Strong numerical reasoning, fluency in English and a passion for data‑driven marketing.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data‑analysis tools such as Python, SAS, R, SPSS, VBA or SQL.
• Advanced Excel skills for modelling and reporting.
