Associate Manager/Manager, Market Access

About the role

Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Manager or Manager for Market Access to lead pricing analysis and strategy across the MENA region. The role involves working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure optimal pricing and profitability of pharmaceutical products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead accurate pricing analysis and develop pricing strategies for MENA price certificates and pipeline drugs.
• Draft price appeal letters and conduct price impact and risk analyses to support budgeting and business planning.
• Negotiate pricing with health authorities and manage pricing procedures, SOPs, and consultations for business development.
• Provide analytics and recommendations to sales, marketing, operations, and finance to drive business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry with at least 3 years in a market access or pricing role.
• Experience with health authorities, regulatory functions, and MENA pricing regulations.

Required skills

• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
