About the role

The Guest Experience Expert provides a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay, creating memorable and unique experiences. Working on‑site at the Sheraton property in Amman, you will be empowered to take initiative and ensure every guest interaction feels part of the overall experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver guest services throughout the stay, from check‑in to check‑out.
• Process operational needs and complete required reports.
• Address guest requests promptly and share highlights of the local area.
• Move around the property, standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods.
• Handle objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, protect assets, and uphold quality standards.
• Ensure professional uniform, appearance, and communication at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
