About the role

We are a leading company in security solutions and electronics seeking a results‑driven B2B Sales Supervisor. You will lead a team of sales representatives, shape sales strategy, and drive revenue growth while building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor a team of B2B sales representatives, coaching them to meet individual and collective targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue expansion.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring timely progression.
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with key clients, delivering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular sales forecasting and performance analysis to identify trends and improvement areas.
  • Utilize CRM and sales enablement tools to track progress and optimise processes.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for seamless onboarding and ongoing customer success.

Required profile

  • 3‑4 years of experience in a B2B sales leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
  • Fluency in English.
