Back End Developer – Laravel & React (On-site)

About the role

CTI Distribution is looking for an experienced Back End Developer to join its Richardson, TX office. You will design, build, and maintain server‑side applications and APIs that power internal systems and external eCommerce platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable Laravel‑based web applications.
• Design, implement and optimise RESTful APIs and real‑time features using WebSockets.
• Write clean, maintainable code and conduct thorough code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues, applying security best practices.
• Document technical solutions and improve CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage queues, background jobs, Redis and Dockerised deployment environments.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional full‑stack development experience.
• Strong expertise in Laravel, PHP and MySQL.
• Hands‑on experience with Livewire, Filament and React.
• Proven track record building eCommerce platforms and integrating third‑party services.
• Ability to work collaboratively with front‑end developers, product owners and operations teams.
