About the role
The Bell Attendant is the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth arrival experience. You will assist with luggage, vehicle parking, and provide information about hotel facilities while maintaining a tidy lobby environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests on arrival and departure, escort them to rooms, and answer general inquiries.
- Deliver and retrieve luggage safely using proper equipment; keep the lobby, bell desk, and luggage room clean and organized.
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles, arrange transportation, and share emergency procedures.
- Tag and store luggage accurately, maintain logbooks for luggage, VIP services, and shuttle schedules, and report incidents to the Bell Captain.
- Support team members during group arrivals and departures, following directions from the Bell Captain and Front Office.
Required profile
- Valid, clean driver’s license with ability to operate various vehicles safely.
- Physical stamina to lift, push, pull, and carry heavy luggage and remain on feet for extended periods.
- Friendly, warm personality with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
