About the role
The Door Attendant, also known as a Guest Arrival Expert, creates memorable first and last impressions for hotel guests in Amman. You will guide guests through arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests with check‑in and check‑out procedures.
- Process operational needs and complete daily reports.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Provide local area information and highlight hotel amenities.
- Move throughout the lobby, standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods.
- Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
- Ability to work on your feet for long periods.
- Commitment to safety, confidentiality, and company policies.
- Professional appearance and communication.
