Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

The Housekeeping Attendant joins the Guest Environment team at The Ritz‑Carlton in Amman, delivering the brand’s Gold Standards of service. You will ensure rooms and public areas are immaculate, respond to guest requests promptly, and help create memorable experiences for every visitor.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, replenishing amenities, and ensuring overall room readiness.
• Maintain the appearance of public spaces such as lobbies, corridors, and restrooms.
• Stock housekeeping carts and supplies, and manage inventory of linens and guest amenities.
• Respond to guest service requests quickly and courteously.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Follow all safety, security, and confidentiality policies.
• Uphold quality standards and ensure a professional uniform and appearance.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Physical capability to handle objects up to 50 lb.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Professional demeanor and excellent communication with guests and team members.
