BIM Architect – Design & Engineering

About the role

We are seeking a BIM Architect to support our engineering design projects. The role involves creating and managing digital building models, producing shop and as‑built drawings, and ensuring BIM standards are applied across multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models using Autodesk Revit and related tools.
• Produce detailed shop drawings and as‑built documentation for engineering projects.
• Coordinate BIM data with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure clash‑free designs.
• Manage COBie deliverables and assist in preparing asset registers.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of BIM standards and workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• At least 2 years of professional experience on BIM‑related projects.
• Strong understanding of BIM coordination processes and project documentation.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Autodesk Revit.
