BIM Architect – Digital Engineering (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced BIM Architect to join our Digital Engineering team. You will be responsible for creating and managing architectural BIM models for telecom infrastructure, IBS, and other digital projects while ensuring compliance with DGCL BIM Standards, DGDA requirements, ISO 19650, and BIM Execution Plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Model and coordinate GRP panels, telecom enclosures, screening elements, façades, and modular architectural components.
• Produce plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and construction documentation directly from BIM models.
• Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, ICT, ELV, and telecom disciplines.
• Support clash detection, model reviews, and multidisciplinary coordination using Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Prepare detailed GRP panel layouts, numbering, fabrication, and installation drawings.
• Ensure BIM models meet project standards, information requirements, and quality control procedures.
• Support IFC, NWC & NWD exports, model validation, and digital delivery requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of BIM modeling experience on architectural projects.
• Proven experience with GRP panel design and detailing for façades, telecom screening systems, or modular structures.
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows, construction detailing, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Experience in telecom, infrastructure, modular construction, or large‑scale projects is an advantage.
