BIM Coordinator (Architectural / Structural / MEP)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated BIM Coordinator to support high‑quality BIM projects across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands‑on experience coordinating architectural, structural and MEP models and will be based in Jordan.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural, structural and MEP models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks Manage and follow up on issue resolution.
• Review BIM models for compliance with project standards and the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Manage model exchanges, maintain model quality and prepare coordination reports.
• Support BIM meetings, communicate coordination outcomes and track issues to closure.
• Assist in maintaining BIM documentation and coordination procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of proven experience as a BIM Coordinator on architectural, structural or MEP projects, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
• Familiarity with Saudi project standards and client requirements is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Proficiency in Navisworks Manage.
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or BIM 360.
• Knowledge of IFC and NWC file formats.
