BIM Structural Engineer

About the role

ASAS Engineering Bureau is seeking a BIM Structural Engineer to join its Amman office. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing detailed structural BIM models, producing reinforcement details and shop drawings, and coordinating with architectural and MEP teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate structural models using Autodesk Revit Structure.
• Produce reinforcement and rebar detailing, shop drawings, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate BIM data with architectural and MEP disciplines, performing clash detection using Navisworks.
• Support multidisciplinary BIM coordination meetings and resolve model conflicts.
• Ensure modeling standards and documentation quality are upheld throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 3–6 years of hands‑on experience in structural BIM/Revit.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit Structure.
• Experience with Navisworks for clash detection.
• Strong structural BIM modeling and reinforcement detailing.
• Creation of structural shop drawings and construction documentation.
• BIM coordination with architectural and MEP models.
