Site Engineer – Fit Out

About the role

The Site Engineer – Fit Out will be based on‑site in Amman, Jordan, overseeing interior fit‑out and finishing works for active commercial, residential and office projects. Reporting to the project manager, the engineer ensures that all activities are carried out in line with drawings, specifications and the company’s quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors and site teams, and monitor progress against the project schedule.
• Verify that material deliveries match specifications and are used efficiently.
• Conduct inspections and quality‑control checks, documenting findings and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date site documentation, safety logs and regulatory compliance records.
• Prepare and present regular reports on site status, resource needs and timeline adjustments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience supervising interior fit‑out and finishing works on commercial or residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of Jordanian building codes, safety regulations and construction standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction details.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with engineers, architects, designers and clients.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Competence with MS Office suite.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
