Branch Manager – Jordan

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to lead SYSTRA’s operations in Jordan. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing the local office, coordinating daily activities and driving business growth in the transportation and infrastructure sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SYSTRA Jordan, including operational setup, local coordination and readiness for business activities.
• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficient, compliant functioning.
• Develop and implement the branch business plan aligned with regional and corporate objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Jordanian market.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, authorities and key stakeholders.
• Manage bids, tenders and commercial proposals to support profitable growth.
• Ensure successful project delivery with focus on client satisfaction, quality, schedule and budget.
• Provide executive oversight to multidisciplinary engineering and project teams.
• Apply civil construction expertise to support project planning, execution, risk management and delivery decisions.
• Monitor operational performance and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, HSE standards and quality requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Construction, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in design, construction or transportation projects.
• Strong understanding of project delivery, contract administration and commercial risk management.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments.
• Knowledge of the Jordanian market and regional infrastructure sector is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and decision‑making abilities.
