Branch Manager – Jordan

About the role

SYSTRA is seeking a Branch Manager to lead its Jordan operations, overseeing daily activities, business development and project delivery across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SYSTRA Jordan, establishing operational setup and coordinating local activities.
• Oversee branch operations to ensure efficient, compliant business functioning.
• Develop and implement the branch business plan aligned with regional and corporate objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Jordanian market.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, authorities and key stakeholders.
• Oversee bids, tenders and commercial proposals to support profitable growth.
• Ensure successful project delivery with focus on client satisfaction, quality, schedule and budget.
• Provide executive oversight to multidisciplinary engineering and project teams.
• Apply civil construction expertise to support project planning, execution, risk management and delivery decisions.
• Monitor operational performance and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, HSE standards and quality requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Construction, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 10 years’ experience in engineering, design or construction, preferably in transportation projects.
• Strong understanding of project delivery, contract administration and commercial risk management.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments.
• Knowledge of the Jordanian market and regional infrastructure sector (highly desirable).
• Strong communication and decision‑making skills.
