Brand Marketing Lead

About the role

E&E Pharmaceuticals is seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Marketing Lead to drive growth across its healthcare, skincare, aesthetics and wellness portfolio in Jordan. The role bridges strategic planning with hands‑on execution, turning business objectives and market insights into compelling campaigns and measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Design monthly and quarterly campaign plans, translating brand goals into actionable ideas, content calendars, activations and timelines.
• Develop creative briefs and oversee content production for social media, paid ads, events and educational materials, ensuring alignment with brand identity and market context.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, etc.) to accelerate brainstorming, content creation, competitor analysis and workflow optimisation.
• Manage Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager for paid social campaigns, monitor performance metrics and optimise spend.
• Coordinate with internal teams—design, medical, product, sales—and external partners such as pharmacies and healthcare professionals to ensure timely, on‑brand execution.

Required profile

• Proven ability to connect strategy with execution in a fast‑paced, multi‑product environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering campaigns on schedule.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Interest in healthcare, skincare, aesthetics and wellness sectors.

Required skills

• Experience with AI‑assisted marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Canva.
• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager for campaign planning and reporting.
• Content creation and creative direction for social media formats (posts, reels, stories, carousels).
• Digital marketing knowledge, including paid social media management and performance analysis.
