Business Development Manager – Jordan

About the role

Harmovest Capital is expanding its presence in Jordan and seeks a commercially driven Business Development Manager with proven experience in the Forex & CFD brokerage industry. You will be responsible for growing the client base, developing strategic partnerships, and driving business growth across the Jordanian market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies for the Jordanian market.
• Acquire, onboard, and retain Forex & CFD traders and high‑value clients.
• Build and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and strategic partners.
• Promote Harmovest Capital's trading products across Forex, Indices, Commodities, Metals, Stocks CFDs, and Crypto CFDs.
• Assist clients with account opening, funding, and platform onboarding.
• Achieve business KPIs such as new client acquisition, funded trading accounts, net deposits, trading activity, and IB‑generated business.
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen Harmovest Capital's presence in Jordan.
• Represent the company at meetings, networking events, and industry activities.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of experience in the Forex & CFD brokerage industry.
• Proven experience in Forex sales, business development, trader acquisition, or IB management.
• Strong understanding of Forex & CFD products and MT4/MT5 trading platforms.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English.
• Existing network of traders, IBs, affiliates, or strategic partners in Jordan is a strong advantage.
