About the role
We’re hiring a Business Development Research Specialist (remote, commission‑based) to support Nuqat’s growth and client acquisition across Jordan and the GCC. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys lead generation, market research, LinkedIn outreach and building qualified prospect databases.
Key responsibilities
- Research and identify companies and decision‑makers across multiple industries.
- Build organized lead databases for the Jordanian market.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn and other outbound channels.
- Support outreach and pipeline‑building activities.
- Research companies in SaaS, IT, digital transformation, operations and enterprise sectors.
- Assist in identifying partnership and business opportunities.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, lead generation or outbound prospecting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, MIS or a related field.
- Strong research and communication skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
- Understanding of SaaS, IT solutions, digital systems or enterprise technology.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Organized mindset with attention to detail.
- English proficiency preferred.
