About the role
We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Specialist to expand SFINX’s presence across physical security, smart city and operational intelligence markets. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth with enterprise and government customers.
Key responsibilities
- Drive business growth and achieve sales targets across assigned verticals such as enterprise, government, transportation, critical infrastructure, healthcare and commercial sectors.
- Identify and develop new opportunities and manage relationships with end‑users, consultants, system integrators and technology partners.
- Develop go‑to‑market plans, account strategies and lead customer presentations, workshops and solution positioning sessions.
- Collaborate with presales and technical teams to design tailored solutions and manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline, forecast accurately and represent SFINX at industry events and exhibitions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies in AI, physical security and smart platforms.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales or account management within the physical security or technology industry.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and developing strategic accounts.
- Strong network within the security, smart infrastructure or enterprise technology ecosystem.
