Business Process Reengineering Consultant – Banking (Riyadh)

About the role

Arcadia Management Consulting is seeking a Business Process Reengineering Consultant to join a 6‑month banking project in Riyadh. The role focuses on analysing current operations, identifying improvement opportunities, and delivering streamlined processes and technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth process evaluations and map current and future state workflows.
• Develop optimisation strategies and detailed documentation for process redesign.
• Provide actionable recommendations to achieve operational excellence.
• Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with client teams to implement automation and RPA solutions.

Required profile

• Junior level (2‑4 years) experience in Business Process Reengineering, process improvement or business transformation.
• Banking or financial services experience is required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results on a tight timeline.

• Enterprise Architecture concepts.
• Enterprise Process Blueprint using APQC and BPMN.

What we offer

• 6‑month contract based in Riyadh.
• Monthly compensation between 13,000 SAR and 16,000 SAR, commensurate with experience.
• Immediate start date.
