About the role
Join AccorHotel in Amman as a Catering Executive, reporting to the Assistant Director of Catering & Conference Services. You will coordinate daily catering orders, ensure high service standards, and contribute to memorable guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily catering orders, functions, and events.
- Communicate with clients to understand requirements and prepare quotations, menus, and proposals.
- Work closely with kitchen, service teams, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor schedules, maintain accurate booking records, and handle client follow‑ups.
- Assist the Catering Manager with large‑scale event planning and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Required profile
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Catering, or related field.
- 2–3 years of catering or hospitality experience.
- Strong communication, customer service, organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
