Channel Partner Sales Manager

About the role

LMKR is seeking an experienced Channel Partner Sales Manager to expand its partner ecosystem across assigned markets. You will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing resellers, distributors, and strategic partners to generate qualified pipeline and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop new resellers, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Manage and grow existing partner relationships to increase engagement, pipeline, and revenue.
• Develop joint business plans with partners, setting sales targets and go‑to‑market activities.
• Drive partner‑led opportunities through the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closure.
• Maintain a healthy partner pipeline, provide accurate forecasts and opportunity updates.
• Collaborate with internal Sales, Pre‑Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Delivery teams to support partner opportunities.
• Represent LMKR in partner/customer meetings, industry events, and maintain accurate CRM reporting.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of channel sales or direct B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of generating pipeline and revenue through partners.
• Bachelor’s degree minimum; Master’s preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
