Chef de Partie

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Chef de Partie to join our hotel kitchen team within the Accor network. You will play a key part in delivering high‑quality food for à la carte and buffet services while upholding our standards of hospitality and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present food items consistently according to hotel recipes and standards.
• Provide professional, friendly, and proactive guest service while supporting fellow colleagues.
• Share ideas and feedback during daily shift briefings and keep kitchen staff informed of standards.
• Liaise with outlet chefs to communicate guest feedback and operational updates.
• Maintain proper product rotation in chillers to minimise waste.
• Ensure cleanliness, maintenance of work areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and kitchen policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a culinary environment.
• Journeyman’s papers or international equivalent.
• Diploma or certification in a culinary discipline (asset).
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving abilities and reliability.
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a cohesive team.
• Calm, courteous attitude focused on guest needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows applications.
