About the role
The Chief Accountant supports day‑to‑day execution of general ledger processes, providing assistance to internal clients and departments. This full‑time position is based at Marriott International’s office in Amman, Jordan.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement accounting projects, including SOP audits and compliance with fraud and collection procedures.
- Generate accurate financial reports, reconcile ledgers, and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain strong accounting controls, monitor taxes, and complete period‑end functions.
Required profile
- 4‑year bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- No prior work experience required.
