About the role

The organization seeks a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead a globally recognized apparel manufacturing and export company. The CEO will shape strategy, drive sustainable growth, and strengthen relationships with premier fashion brands.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall strategic direction, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and shareholder value.
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships with global apparel brands and retailers, leading commercial negotiations and long‑term collaborations.
• Oversee end‑to‑end manufacturing operations, driving operational efficiency, quality, delivery performance, and cost optimisation.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, Digital Transformation, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Provide strategic leadership to merchandising and marketing teams, translating customer expectations into operational execution.

Required profile

• Commercially driven apparel leader with a background in merchandising & marketing who has progressed into manufacturing operations, supply chain, and business strategy.
• Deep understanding of international apparel sourcing, customer relationship management, and manufacturing excellence.
• Proven ability to lead large, complex organisations and drive sustainable profitability.
• Visionary mindset with strong stakeholder management and growth‑orientation.
