Client Success Manager – Consultant

About the role

Visa is seeking a Client Success Manager (Consultant) to own the post‑sale relationship for a select portfolio of Visa clients in the Levant region. In this client‑facing role you will act as a trusted advocate, helping clients adopt new capabilities, expand geographically and maximize the value of Visa’s product suite.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end client services relationship for a small, strategic client portfolio.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to drive adoption, usage and health of Visa products.
• Develop and execute forward‑looking Client Success Plans that track adoption, usage metrics and health indexes.
• Identify market trends and client needs to propose enhancements and new capabilities.
• Conduct periodic operational reviews, measure outcomes against client goals, and report progress to internal stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary client advocate, ensuring alignment with Visa’s business agenda and sales account plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing post‑sale relationships with enterprise clients.
• Strong understanding of local market dynamics in the Levant region.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, product and operations teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Track record of driving client adoption and delivering measurable business outcomes.
