Commercial Director – Hospitality

About the role

As a Commercial Director at Hilton, you will shape and execute commercial strategy across all revenue streams, ensuring memorable guest experiences while driving top‑line growth. You will partner with General Managers, Finance, and corporate teams to align pricing, forecasting, and sales initiatives with the brand’s vision of hospitality excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated commercial strategies for Rooms, Food & Beverage, Leisure, Spa, Group, Conference & Events.
• Partner with General Managers and Finance to meet revenue, profit, and margin targets.
• Lead pricing, rate strategy, demand forecasting, and revenue management practices.
• Coordinate on‑property and regional sales, marketing, eCommerce, and public relations activities.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to adjust strategies proactively.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, operators, Hilton corporate teams, and external partners.
• Drive team engagement, performance management, and professional development.
