About the role
Tamatem is looking for a motivated Community and Support Intern to join its user support team. You will help ensure a positive gaming experience by handling player inquiries, monitoring in‑game chat, and providing helpful guidance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of user tickets, comments, and inquiries with professionalism.
- Respond to questions about games, services, products, and billing.
- Prioritize user needs and deliver accurate, compassionate assistance.
- Offer logical advice to maximize players' gaming experience.
- Monitor in‑game chat to maintain a respectful environment.
- Maintain up‑to‑date user databases and communicate internally and externally.
- Collect and analyze user feedback to support product performance reporting.
- Play Tamatem games regularly to stay informed and provide relevant support.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Customer Service, or a related field.
- 1‑3 years of experience in community support or customer service, preferably in mobile gaming.
- Strong empathy, patience, and ability to handle diverse user personalities.
- Excellent time‑management, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
- Passion for gaming and a commitment to delivering high‑quality user experiences.
