Community Management Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, data‑driven Community Management Advisor to support families and hosts on our live‑streaming platform. You will build strong relationships, provide operational support, and use analytics to drive performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with Family Leaders and hosts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all family/host inquiries and operational issues.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve management challenges promptly and professionally.
• Monitor performance and engagement metrics, delivering actionable growth recommendations.
• Analyze data and produce regular performance reports using Excel and internal analytics tools.
• Design, coordinate, and execute live‑streaming events, competitions, and engagement activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of programs.
• Track event performance, provide post‑event analysis, and propose improvements.
• Gather feedback from Family Leaders/Hosts and translate insights into operational enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher; experience in live streaming, social media, or internet event operations is preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships and manage Family Leaders and hosts effectively.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Experience planning and executing online events, campaigns, or community engagement activities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables and lookup functions).
