Compensation & Benefits Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead the design, implementation and governance of reward programs across our multi‑site operations in Jordan and Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain compensation strategies, salary structures, pay grades and benchmarking studies for Jordan, Saudi Arabia and other GCC markets.
• Lead job evaluation, grading and organizational design initiatives to ensure internal equity.
• Design, review and optimise employee benefits, allowances and total‑reward packages.
• Oversee payroll inputs, compensation analytics and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Create and enforce compensation policies, controls and governance aligned with local labour legislation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to HR, Finance and business leaders, and lead the C&B team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• 8‑10 years progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably in manufacturing, contracting, construction or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of compensation practices and labour market dynamics in Jordan and Saudi Arabia.
• Proven ability to design salary structures, grading frameworks and benefit programmes.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with HRIS/ERP systems and building compensation dashboards.
