About the role

We are seeking to hire a Compliance Manager to join our team. The role focuses on ensuring that the organization adheres to all relevant regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.

Key responsibilities

Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements applicable to the financial sector.
Develop, implement, and maintain compliance frameworks and policies.
Prepare and deliver compliance reports to senior management.
Collaborate with internal departments to address compliance issues and mitigate risks.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in compliance, preferably within the financial or micro‑finance sector.
Strong analytical, communication and reporting abilities.
Relevant certifications in Compliance, Risk Management, AML/CFT are highly desirable.
