Compliance Manager

About the role

We are seeking to hire a Compliance Manager to join our team. The role focuses on ensuring that the organization adheres to all relevant regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements applicable to the financial sector.
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance frameworks and policies.
• Prepare and deliver compliance reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address compliance issues and mitigate risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in compliance, preferably within the financial or micro‑finance sector.
• Strong analytical, communication and reporting abilities.
• Relevant certifications in Compliance, Risk Management, AML/CFT are highly desirable.
